Certification Fraud Alert System
Fraudsters can only take advantage of companies who do not have CFAS. With CFAS monitoring, your business is protected 24/7 .
“We’ve invested in a technological solution to protect your business against other companies taking your set-asides.”
“It’s like LifeLock® for your business.”
One way companies cheat the system is by submitting your certification credentials without your knowledge. Your credentials are part of the bidding process. Once companies have copies of your certification credentials they can use your credentials to win bids without your knowledge. In addition, they keep the set-aside funds that were allocated to go to your company. It’s not fair; it’s not legal; but unfortunately it does happen. We’ve witnessed it.
That’s why we created the Certification Fraud Alert System. CFAS is a one-of-a-kind proprietary system designed to crawl the government databases 24/7 looking for any awards that were assigned using your credentials. When we find them, we send you an alert to your email. Additionally, we provide an online portal where all instances of your awards are documented for your reference and records.
You’ve worked very hard building your business and gaining certifications which give your company a competitive edge. You have a lot invested in your business. CFAS is here to protect the certification investments you’ve made into your business.
“For around 30 cents per day your business will be protected.”
“It’s like having a Security System running 24/7 for your business.”
Certification Fraud Alert System (CFAS)
The Federal government spent $4.111 Trillion dollars on products and services last year. With that much money at stake, do you think there might be dishonest companies that take advantage of small businesses? You bet there are..!! Fraud exists.
We’ve Seen it.
We’ve Experienced It.
We’ve Solved it.
We created CFAS to protect your business.
Return on Investment (ROI) example:
If you have an average 8% profit margin on a $100,000 contract, you would realize $20,000 of Revenue.
The typical government contractor holds 2.5 government contracts annually.
Using the example above, that equates to $10,400 of lost profit if someone else submits a bid using your credentials without your knowledge.
Cost of finding instances of fraud against your company on your own:
$10/hour X 3 hours per week X 52 weeks per year = $1,560.00 /year
Cost of cfas: around 36 cents per day.

how does cfas compare?
There is no other company that offers this service because CFAS is the proprietary and intellectual property of AvidityStream. Our Founder worked in the Government contracting arena and experienced firsthand how small businesses can be exploited without their knowledge.
We saw a problem and invested in a technological solution.
How much does CFAS protection cost?
Being a Veteran owned company, we’ve experienced the costs associated with starting, operating, maintaining and growing a business. We cater to small businesses and have worked very hard to keep costs as low as possible so that we can deliver the best protection available.
Cost: about $0.36 per day
Can a CFAS subscription be cancelled at any time?
Yes. Our pricing model is configured to spread our own cost of account configuration and maintenance over the course of a membership. Additionally, because we are a company that invests heavily to fight against fraud, we must protect our own financial investments into our products and services. While you can request to discontinue membership renewal, we are unable to offer a refund. For a more detailed legal description, please refer to our terms and conditions located on our website.
